As part of the opening of the new recreation area in Petronell-Carnuntum, the topic of “Getting out of oil & gas” also took center stage in bright sunshine.
At the information stand organized by KEM-Carnuntum, the numerous guests had the opportunity to obtain individual advice on heating and refurbishment from Andreas Reiter (Energy Consulting Lower Austria), local plumber Peter Cinadr and KEM manager Philip Loitsch.
Guests were able to obtain all-round information from the initial consultation to the finished installation and even see innovative heat pumps and buffer storage tanks on site.
In addition, KEM manager Philip Loitsch presented current topics in the field of photovoltaics, subsidies and of course the current measures of KEM-Carnuntum to the interested guests.
For all cycling enthusiasts, a free bike service was also offered by local bike mechanic Roman Spatzierer from raditäten e.U., with the support of NÖ Regional GmbH, and the company Powerpedals offered the opportunity to test cargo bikes free of charge.
The event took place as part of the opening of the Petronell-Carnuntum experience zone, in cooperation with the market town of Petronell-Carnuntum, NÖregional GmbH, Energieberatung NÖ and the Carnuntum climate and energy model region.
